  • The real estate market is picking up steam in Muskingum County. The number of homes on the market is down and the buyers are coming to the market place. April 30th - update the number of homes on the market is increasing. As of the end of April there are now over 1000 homes on the market in the Zanesville MLS system.
Tax Credit signed by President!!
The President has signed the tax credit for 1st time home buyers!! This new law also includes tax credit of $6,500 for persons that are selling the home they lived in for 5 of the past 8 years.
